The order

The prices indicated on the online catalogue next to each product are quoted inclusive of VAT.

Flower prices are subject to seasonal fluctuations.
If the recipient refuses, without a plausible reason, the flowers delivered, the Rainbow of flowers will still be entitled to be paid for delivery.


Delivery and terms of delivery

Delivery is available free of charge on the entire territory of the city of Bari.

For orders originating outside of the municipality of Bari, the shipping cost will be communicated at a later date at the end of the order.
After such notification, the customer will be free to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery of flowers can only be done during normal business hours.

For some locations on the day of closing and/or opening hours may differ.

All orders placed Monday through Friday before 14:00 (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) will be shipped no later than the next business day.

Orders required for the following holidays: Valentine's day; Women's day; Easter; Mother's day; Christmas; New year's Eve, considered the planned delivery volume, may be delivered the day before or after the date of the holiday.

In the absence of the recipient, we will leave a business card, trying to reach the recipient later by phone. If we fail to contact the recipient, we will inform you.

For deliveries by courier items outside, in the absence of the recipient, may not be performed by the same no telephone contact, but rescheduled delivery.

Delivery time

Right of withdrawal

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal as they supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

Cancellation/right of revocation of the order

An order can be cancelled up to two business days prior to the desired delivery date, stating the order number.

A cancellation after this term can be accepted only in exceptional circumstances and there is no guarantee the reimbursement of the value of the order.
